Fine cuts made to the Orange quarters in half to have 8 complete Orange segments.
These Orange wedges can be added to cold drinks like iced water or iced tea, or used as a garnish for seafood or other dishes.
Cut Orange wedges can be stored in the fridge for several days to be used when needed.

The Orange is the fruit of the Orange tree. It also has its origin in Asia, and it is believed that it also comes from India and China. Columbus was the one who took it to the Americas and there it gained great importance. They are yellow and bigger. It has a sweet and slightly acid taste. With less citric acid, it doesn't require as much sugar to soften the flavor.
This fruit combines perfectly with finer flavors for the palate, such as Gin. In cocktails in general, its use is the most common of all, since it is the quintessential acid ingredient.
